Enjoy FREE delivery on all UK orders over £50.                           Royal Mail Logo

We normally expect to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.

Please allow up to 4 working days during sale periods and busy periods such a UK holidays.

We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holiday's.

United Kingdom & Channel Islands

We offer UK standard delivery, 3-7 working days for £3.49 on all orders under £50.

For all orders over £50, Standard delivery is FREE.

We also offer express delivery (Tracked and Signed For), 1-3 working days for £5.49.

Europe and Rest of the World

We offer standard delivery to 48 European Countries and 137 countries outside Europe. 

Once your address details have been entered the shipping rate will be given. The cost is based on the total weight and country of delivery. 

Please ensure you select the 'tracked' option if you require the package to be trackable.

Please note the tracked delivery time is 3-7 working days and standard 5-8 working days in Europe and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges. 

Bank Holidays

Please note that on bank holidays, no orders are picked up from our warehouse by the courier and no deliveries are made.


Please note we can only dispatch orders once your payment has cleared in full. At times if your billing and delivery address does not match, your payment may be on hold for investigation which can hold up dispatch. This only happens on the rare occasion and we will contact you if we need any further information. 

Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged goods

If you have received your item and it is faulty or damaged in transit, please accept our sincere apologies. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will then advise on how to return the item (if applicable) to My Luxe Beauty and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:

  • we sent you the wrong item, or
  • the item is damaged or faulty; or
  • where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.

We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Change your mind?

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Your items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 14 days of despatch. You have a right to withdraw from this contract within this 14 day cooling off period. Please contact us for details on how to return your item.

If the products have already been posted to you (or on your behalf to any other person), you (or the other person) must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. In case of any refund, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.

We recommend that you post any returns to us using a method that is trackable or alternatively obtain a 'Certificate of Posting", as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.

Incorrect delivery address

For products returned to us by the courier, due to incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer or failure by the customer to collect the parcel we will issue a refund for the cost of the products only. This refund will be issued once the products have been received by My Luxe Beauty - Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for Royal Mail to return the parcel.
